HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM SEATTLE
Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2003 @ 1:21 am
Last day of the year, and it's dumping snow in Seattle. Currently I'd guess we've got a bit over an inch (unheard of 'round these parts!), and it's still coming down. Drove home slowly tonight, remembering Indiana roads; skids and spins. Assholes blasting past me fish-tailing, acting for their passengers as though they meant to do it and were only playing around.
The snow puts me more in the Holiday Spirit than I've been for the past week or so. This year the season snuk up on me, made no announcement or rush.
Happy New Year to all readers. Stay safe and smoke your cigarettes slowly. I myself will be making another go at quitting with an honest resolution! Ha!
I've been working on some Year End lists, and I'll post those here soon.
